Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair. This policy does not limit any of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may apply for a return in the following circumstances: within 30 days of receiving the product, the product is unused and in its original packaging; the product has a quality defect or does not match the description; you received the wrong product. Returns are not accepted in the following cases: change of mind (non-quality issues); products that have been installed and used without quality issues; customized products (unless there is a quality issue); beyond the 30-day return period.
Contact our customer service team to apply for a return (by phone or email). We will review your application within 2 business days. Once approved, we will provide a return address and return number. Please securely package the product and send it back. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
If you receive a defective product, we will replace it free of charge. The exchange process is similar to the return process; please contact customer service first. If the same product is out of stock, we will offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund.
Full deposit refund is available before installation service begins. If installation cannot be completed due to our fault, a full refund will be provided. After installation is complete, if there are installation quality issues, we will rework free of charge.
For returns due to product quality issues or incorrect items sent, shipping costs are borne by us. For returns due to personal reasons (within acceptable scope), shipping costs are borne by the customer.
