We currently provide delivery services within Australia. Standard delivery covers all major Australian cities and most regional areas. Remote areas may require additional delivery time and charges. Installation services currently only cover the Greater Sydney metropolitan area.

Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery address, package weight, and dimensions. Free standard shipping for Sydney metro orders over $200 AUD. Large items (such as standing desks, large appliances) may require additional shipping charges. Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
After your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking number via email. You can track your package status in real-time through the courier's website. For any logistics issues, please contact our customer service team.
Please ensure you provide an accurate delivery address and contact number. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave a collection notice. Large item deliveries require someone to be present to sign for the package. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us before dispatch.
Please inspect the outer packaging upon receiving your parcel. If you discover transit damage, please note it at the time of signing and contact us within 24 hours. We will replace or refund products damaged during transit free of charge. If a parcel is lost, we will coordinate with the courier and either reship or refund your order.
