"Products" refers to all smart home devices and accessories we sell. "Services" refers to installation, configuration, and after-sales support services we provide. "Website" refers to the SmartHome official website.
We provide smart home product sales and installation services. All product descriptions and images are for reference only; actual products may differ slightly from what is displayed on the website. We reserve the right to modify product specifications and prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Once an order is confirmed, we will send a confirmation notification via email. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and debit card payments. Package services may require a deposit, with the balance payable upon completion of installation.
Installation services cover the Greater Sydney metropolitan area. Installation timing will be arranged in consultation with the customer after order confirmation. Customers must ensure the installation site has necessary electrical and network infrastructure. Additional charges may apply if installation is delayed due to customer-related reasons. Upon completion, our technicians will conduct system testing and usage training.
All products come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, we provide an additional 12-month installation warranty. The warranty does not cover faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications. Under the Australian Consumer Law, your consumer rights are not limited by these warranty terms.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to products that are of acceptable quality, match their description, and are fit for a particular purpose. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. For non-major failures, we will repair the product within a reasonable time.
